Service must be fully paid on a date that its agreed to start. Services longer than 1 month: First month in advance, 2nd & 3rd, on the 2nd day of each starting month!

We prefer working in capital or in a big city with public transport to get around
Animals we take care of:
cats, dogs, guined pigs, rabbits, birds, pigs.. basicly all but not the exotic ones like spiders and snakes. Maily small domectic animals.
CHILDCARE
We are happy to take care children 3 years old or over! Going on a holiday with your children? Waive the childcare problem and hire US!
TYPE OF HOUSES WE'D LIKE TO WORK:
Grand homes, family homes, cosy cottages, apartments and condos, units or townhouses… Anything that 1 person can handle really
DUTIES WE DO

- housekeeping (vacuum & sweepr, dusting..etc
- laundry and ironing
- petcare
- childcare (4yrs+)
- elderly care
- grocery shopping
- personal shopping/shopping assistant
- light gardening
- running errands (post office, bank...)
- answering phone and forwarding messages to you
- assistant office work (printing, faxing, scanning, copying, mail..)
- arrange travel arrangements
- companion (for excample on business trip, family vacation)
- watering plants outside and inside
- walk throughs to make sure everything is ok with your property
- buying concert/theater/movie tickets
- cleaning up the garage and more!
I'm working alone, so anything I can handle my own I can do for you!
Our minimum booking period is two weeks (Europe only), maximum up to 3 months, minimum 1 month to Los Angeles & New York City
RATES:
It depends on where we work and how long. Some examples:
SWEDEN (Stockholm) 2 weeks 1000 €
GERMANY (Hamburg) 2 weeks 1500 €
UK (London) 2 weeks 1000 €
USA (New york City) 2 weeks 2200 €
OUR PRICES INCLUDESAND BECOMES: TRAVEL+ACCOMMODATIONS+SALARY+INSURANCE
PAYING METHODS
Western Union (client is responsible of all fees) or Paypal (accepts majot credit card). If we live in a family housekeeping, cash is more that welcome! We are currently not accepting other paying methods
RESERVATION

CONFIRMATION
Your service will be confirmed by us at least 7 days before the service start by email or phone and you must confirm the information back to us
CANCELLATION
Please make sure you cancellation comes in time agreed (in agreement)! Cancellations must be received within 8-10 days of scheduled service. If you have already paid for the service and wish to cancel and your cancellation is made 8-10 days before: we will give you the full money back policy within 5-7 weeks ( will be paid to Paypal or bank transfer, fees paid by us) After 7 days you have no right to cancel the service or no money back policy (negotiable for 50%).
WHEN TO PAY

If you fail to pay, we have right to terminate our agreement and leave. If you have already paid and we do not see your payment in our records on a second day, please provide us a receip of payment, so we can contunie our agreement. Thank you for understanding!
